Cosmetics Depot guarantees that all of our products are authentic
and in first quality condition. Some product may be shipped without
outer packaging (the box or blister pack you throw out anyway).
Some product may be in promotional packaging, or may be a tester.
Testers are always the full size and same quality as the product
that comes in normal packaging.
Cosmetics Depot guarantees 100% product quality and authenticity,
with no exceptions.

Finding Products
Finding ProductsWe have 2 simple ways of finding the products you want at Cosmetics
Depot, either by clicking on categories or by using the search
function. Categories Just left-click on the name of a category, and you
will be taken to a list of products within the category.
Search Function Our
search function allows you to search by brand name, product type
(e.g. lipstick
or mascara) or shade. You can get as specific
or broad as you want. Just type in your search terms (like “Maybelline” or “Maybelline
mascara”, and all product matches that include the search
terms will appear.
Requesting Special Item
If
you do not find the item you want at Cosmetics Depot, e-mail,
fax or call-in a request. See Contact Us for contact information.
Provide as much information about the product as you can, including
the brand, product name, shade, etc., and we'll attempt to
get it for you at a great, low price. Cosmetics Depot even
has sources to get many DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS, so you can continue
to enjoy the products you've relied upon for years. Please
understand that it could take some time to find discontinued
products, and we won't always be able to find discontinued
products.

Ways to Order
Cosmetics
Depot wants to offer you the ordering method most convenient
to you. Ordering right from our website is probably the most
convenient way to order. We also accept orders via fax or
phone. If faxing an order, please make sure to include your
credit
card information, including type of card (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express or Discover), your full name exactly as
it appears on your card, and your credit card billing address.
Please indicate an alternate shipping address, when applicable.
Please indicate the brand name, product name and quantity
for
each product you are ordering. For phone orders, please have

Sales Tax Policy
Because
we are a Florida company, by law, we must charge 6% sales tax
on all orders shipped to a Florida address. Orders shipped
to addresses outside Florida will not be charged sales tax.

Payment Methods
Cosmetics Depot accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All credit card transactions are 100% secure and protected by SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) technology.
If you'd like to pay by check or money order, indicate so when
you order. Orders will be shipped within two business days, (Tuesday
- Saturday) when we receive a money order. If you send a personal
check, your order will be shipped once the check clears. All charges
must be paid for in US dollars. Personal checks or money orders
drawn on Canadian banks will not be accepted.

Protecting Your Privacy
Cosmetics Depot collects personal information in order to complete
your payment transaction, ship your order and to contact you when
we have special sales on products you've purchased from us or similar
products. We NEVER share your information with any other Company
or Organization, unless required to do so by law. We don't have
time for junk e-mail, either.

Shipping and Handling
Even with our low prices, we will treat you to FREE SHIPPING
AND HANDLING ON ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE!!! This applies only to
orders shipped within the US and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is
via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post, depending on the weight
of the package. If you need your order quickly, we offer USPS Priority
Mail or Overnight Shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based
on the actual rate charged by USPS, plus a $2 fee to cover packaging
costs and labor. Orders are generally shipped within three business
days of receipt, except for orders paid for with a check or money
order. See Payment Methods for more information regarding orders
paid for by personal check or money order.

Returns Policy
For safety reasons and in order to keep our prices so
low, Cosmetics Depot only accepts returns of damaged or improperly
shipped goods, and only when shipped back to us within 14 days
of the date we shipped your order. You can call us toll-free at
877-765-3770 to get return authorization, otherwise all returns
must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for
return, or you can send us an e-mail in advance to info@CosmeticsDepot.com When items are returned in this manner, and are actually damaged
or are the wrong products, we will credit the amount charged to
your credit card account promptly. You lay out the money to ship
it back, but we'll credit you for the shipping cost, too. If you
sent us an check or money order, we will send your refund via company
check.
Please ship products back to us using regular US mail. We will
only credit return shipping costs at the rate regular, first-class
US mail would have cost.

FAQs
How does Cosmetics Depot's charge such low prices?
First and foremost, we tend to markup our prices less than our
competitors. Secondly, we deal directly with manufacturers and
their agents to buy at prices that retailers can’t get. We
often receive volume discounts, and pass them on to you. We receive
very significant bargains when we buy products which are in packaging
that says “New,” and that product has already been
out for awhile (manufacturers take back product in “New” packaging
from retailers after about 6 months and replace it with newly packaged
product). We also get great buys when a manufacturer otherwise
updates the packaging, name or description of a product (manufacturers
take back the product from the retailers and replace it with the
newly packaged product, often without changing the contents at
all). No matter what the source, and how great the savings, we
absolutely guarantee the quality and authenticity of everything
we sell!
Does Cosmetics Depot sell imitations or used product?
No! No! No! We carry only first quality, genuine product. All of
our products are the same quality as the product you would find
at your local retailer, whether it be a department store, drugstore
or supermarket.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Since we are a Florida-based company, we collect sales tax on all
orders shipped to a Florida address. Orders shipped to addresses
outside Florida will free of sales tax.
Can I pay for my order by check or money order?
Yes, but you probably won't receive your order as quickly.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally shipped within three business days of receipt
of the order, except for orders paid for with a personal check
or money order. Orders paid for by money order are normally shipped
within two business days after receipt of the money order. Orders
paid for by personal check are normally shipped one business
day after the check clears.
Does Cosmetics Depot ship internationally?
Not at this time.
What if I need my order fast?
Cosmetics Depot offers USPS Priority Mail and Overnight Shipping,
for an extra charge. Overnight Shipping orders get priority treatment,
but still may take up to three business days to fill before being
shipped Overnight.
Under what conditions does Cosmetics Depot accept returns?

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date Cosmetics
Depot shipped the order to you. You may want to call us toll-free
